• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur full charges.

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification, passports, and visas where necessary.

• Bluebird Holidays is not liable for any disruptions due to improper documentation.

4. Liability & Responsibility

• Bluebird Holidays acts as an agent for independent service providers.

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during travel.

• We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

5. Force Majeure

• Bluebird Holidays will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
